Mark is a mental health expert and strategist specialising in sustainable peak performance for high-pressure teams and leaders. He helps organisations proactively prevent mental health issues and burnout, shifting from reactive to preventive approaches.
With 25 years of corporate and 15 years of clinical experience as an accredited Clinical Psychotherapist and Program Director, Mark deeply understands workplace mental health challenges.
Recently, Mark was honoured to join the World Federation for Mental Health's Workplace Section as a committee member.
One of ten committee members advising the UN, WHO, and global governments on best practices for workplace mental health treatment and prevention.

A published researcher in workplace wellbeing, Mark develops and delivers workplace wellbeing programs, as well as presenting at (virtual and IRL) conferences and workplace symposiums. Mark holds two Master’s degrees in the mental health field and is sought after for his expertise in aligning productivity and wellbeing at work.
Before his clinical career, Mark spent 25 years in senior management roles working with international and Australian corporations, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations.
As a highly experienced facilitator and team coach, Mark has worked with multiple corporate and not-for-profit organisations to increase team engagement and effectiveness. He has intimate knowledge and understanding of the pressures senior leadership teams face, having led various organisational change processes from executive positions – effectively transitioning teams through organisational growth, downturns, culture change, restructures and joint venture partnerships.
