Losing our best people!

I thought I would share this with you in case it is valuable and relevant to your organisation.  Please share it with whomever you like.

I don’t normally ‘sell’ on here, this is an anomaly but I am finding this issue everywhere I turn recently. 

Every organisation seems to be haemorrhaging their key people.  

And it will get worse over the end of year and New Year break.  So, we need to act NOW!

I am speaking with organisations every day and am hearing of staff attrition and the enormous burden it creates.  I have spoken with four chief people leaders who have left their roles in the last two weeks alone, due to pressure trying to fill other roles.   If they are leaving, how many have left before them?

We can do much to prevent it.
